Animal Care Trust conducts humane education activities that involves going to schools and colleges to talk about animals with the goal of educating children and young adults about caring for animals, animal rights, prevention of cruelty to animals etc.
Interactive sessions involve children of all ages from kindergarten to college, where caring for animals, birds and snakes are discussed. Small animals like puppies and kittens are introduced to the group in order to open up an interaction for children with animals, sometimes for the very first time. Chldren are naturally curious, and these sessions are geared towards getting them to begin to appreciate and emphathise with street animals and birds.
